These cut collars are made from two outside layers of ballistic material and a poly belting core. They have velcro to first fit it to the dog and two 2-ply nylon straps that run the complete length of the collar and a heavy welded
d-ring in the center of the collar for snaping a lead to. They also have two pieces of reflective tape for night hunting.
